We’re excited to offer an associate opportunity at Vernon Chiropractic and Massage, a well-established practice of over 25 years, serving a broad spectrum of patients with a strong emphasis on quality, long-term care.
Located in beautiful Vernon, BC, our clinic is deeply rooted in the community and supported by an outstanding team of eight RMTs, a highly competent support staff, and a positive clinic culture that patients (and practitioners) value. We’re growing and need an associate chiropractor who is personable, dependable, and committed to helping people improve their quality of life — not just manage pain.

About Us:
At the heart of our clinic is a supportive, collaborative team. Our Registered Massage Therapists bring a variety of techniques to their practice and work closely with Dr. Salmon, DC to deliver coordinated, effective care. Our front desk team is welcoming, efficient, and always ready to help patients with scheduling and insurance. Together, we create a calm, professional environment where patients feel informed, empowered and genuinely cared for.
What we offer:
- Flat monthly room rental
- Full access to your treatment room with complete control over your schedule
- Reception services during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm)
- Direct billing to most insurance providers
- Jane App for scheduling, charting and billing

Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited massage therapy program
- In good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC
- Professional liability insurance
- Compassionate, empathetic, a great listener, and a clear communicator
- Ideally seeking someone who wants to work with ICBC clients
- New grads are welcome and encouraged to apply!
